The Book

Colic can be resolved in days, not weeks or months. Colic is intrinsically connected to sleeping and sleeping is a learned behavior. Responsive parenting enables parents to interpret the clear signals their baby gives. You will learn everything you need to know to prevent colic, including how to get feeding right, recognize tired signs and how to understand sleep cycles.
